My responsibilities include improving, upgrading website using Joomla and developing Physician and Records Systems using vb.net integrated with SQL Server 2008. My expertise extends to performing rigorous system analysis and design, ensuring the continuous monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, and proficiently installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

As an ICT System Administrator, responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. This involves ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the internet connection, diagnosis of network issues, and coordination with internet service providers as necessary. Additionally, there is a crucial role in the setup and maintenance of the accounting system, along with the management of all hardware and software resources within the ICT environment.

Active involvement in new computer projects and hardware installations is part of the job, along with the enforcement of policies for recording, reporting, and monitoring PC performance. Precise documentation of hardware-related activities, such as failures, repairs, installations, and removals, is essential. Furthermore, the role encompasses computer product research to support procurement and development initiatives, including hardware recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.

Lastly, conducting annual end-user training sessions to empower the team with the knowledge and skills required to optimize ICT equipment usage and address associated issues.

As a Web developer and System analyst, I've been vital in designing application systems that are aligned with essential business processes and operations. My responsibilities include doing system analysis and suggesting system interventions, creating and maintaining online and database services, and providing technical assistance to users. I have played a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and functionality of the council's website, ensuring compliance with content and display standards, and regularly updating the site with fresh data. In addition, I developed several web-based application systems, including an electronic voucher system for the Accounting Office, an inventory system, and an evaluation system, and I monitored outsourced projects to ensure their success.

My responsibilities also extend to performing system analysis and design, maintaining software documentation, and supporting the development and implementation of new computer projects and hardware installations.
